Chander Lok Guesthouse
A 10 minute walk from the center of Naggar the location is beautiful, surrounded by apple orchards and traditional village life. The rooms are basic. Request a room with a view, as some of the rooms are tucked away and therefore dark. It is not a busy time in Naggar in April, so you will have the pick of the rooms. Chander Lok is jointly run by the Indian owner and an Italian man. There is a Korean Café in the guest house.

Ragini Hotel
The Ragini Hotel is situated next to the Naggar Delights Hotel in the center of the village. The rooms are decent and the owners are very nice. On the ground floor there is a German bakery that serves very good coffee. They also have a good rooftop restaurant.

NOTE: There is no shortage of budget rooms in Naggar. Booking a room is not necessary if you want to go budget. Both the Purnima and Sheetal hotels have cheaper rooms ranging from 500 to 1000 Rs. These rooms are cheaper because they do not have the beautiful views that the top range rooms have. (please note the distinction between Sheetal and Purnima Homestay and Sheetal and Purnima hotel.)

Weather in Naggar
Spring weather in the province of Himachal Pradesh is changeable. The sun is warm, but due to high altitudes, the air remains crisp. At this time of year, the temperature does not go above 25° C, nor lower than 8° C , so I suggest you bring summer clothes, as well as a warm sweater and jacket. Night time can be cold, so bring warm clothes for the evenings.
