Bring your partner to share in the Himalayan Sensation
They can walk the many beautiful trails in the mountains (with or without guides), visit interesting historic places, soak in hot sulphur baths, or just hang out in the village, the local people are very welcoming. Your partner can also join in the meditation and yoga sessions, as well as the evening cultural events.

There will be evening cultural events during the seminar, including Indian classical music, folk dance performances, and Kirtan (spiritual chanting).

April 17 will be a rest day
Some suggestions for activities on these days are:

Drive by private car to Rohtang Pass, 13,000 feet. This is a spectacular drive through a dramatic landscape, to see outstanding views of Himalayan mountain peaks, powerful rivers, and waterfalls that carve their passage through rock.

Take a guided hike on a mountain trail to experience traditional Himalayan village life. Led by a professional photographer, you will have great opportunities to photograph magnificent views and local village life.

Experience Tibetan culture in the area by visiting monasteries and temples, a school for Tibetan children, and a Tibetan arts school where traditional arts and dance are still kept alive.

• Tour ancient Hindu temples in the region.
• Shop in the tourist town of Manali.
• Tandem paragliding experience for the adventurous.
• Soak in a hot sulphur bath at the end of the day.
• All activities are optional and are not included in the seminar fee.
