Cancellation Policy
If bookings are cancelled, the amount of refund will be dependent on the following:

If canceling before November 1, 2011, your fee will be refunded less an administrative charge of 75 EUR.
If canceling between November 1, 2011 and March 1, 2012, 50% of your fee will be refunded
No refunds can be given for bookings cancelled after March 1, 2012
