• I will contact you to arrange our Skype consultation time, via email.
• Once your appointment time has been confirmed, you should arrange to be in an undisturbed environment for duration of the consultation. Prior to your consultation you will receive (via email) an extensive health history form to complete and send back to me before your initial appointment.
